FC GOA announces their Squad for Durand Cup

Defending champions FC GOA announces their squad for the upcoming 131th edition of prestigious football tournament Durand Cup 2022. The players are mostly from the reserve team and on four first team players will take part in the tournament. Coach Deggie Cardozo will lead the team to defend the trophy this year.

Gokulam Kerala signs Afgan Midfielder for Upcoming season

I-League Champions Gokulam Kerala recently signed an foreign midfielder for the upcoming season. Farshad Noor, the player from Afghanistan will join the Malabarians to bolster the squad in their second consecutive I-League campaign. Indian Women's team defeated Pakistan by 3-0 scoreline in the opening match of  group stage of SAFF Women's Championship 2022 at Dasarath Stadium, Kathmandu, Nepal. Mohammadan SC through semifinals of Durand Cup after winning Quarter Final

In the first quarter final match of ongoing Durand Cup 2022, Mohammedan SC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 at Saltlake stadium, Kolkata. The Black Panthers are the dominating side in the whole match. The hero of the match is Abiola Dauda - the new foreign striker of Mohammedan SC who introduces himself to Indian football by scoring 2 goals in his debut game.  pic - Durand Cup social media The first goal of the match came in 17th minute when Marcus Joseph put a cross and Sk Faiaz place the ball through the net. Next in 59th minute Dauda scored his first goal, assist by Sk Faiaz. After that Kerala Blasters had a free kick, but couldn't capitalise it to a goal.
