East Bengal signing update

The 26 year old Indian goalkeeper Kamaljit Singh signs for Emami East Bengal from Odisha FC. East Bengal pays the transfer fees for him. He will be the first choice goalkeeper of East Bengal for the upcoming Indian Super League season.

East Bengal set to sign 27 year old Indian forward Sumeet Passi from Roundglass Punjab FC. The player played for Northeast United and Jamshedpur FC in Indian Super League previously. He scored 3 goals for Jamshedpur in Indian Super League. He also played for Indian National Football Team. He is the favorite player of current East Bengal head coach Stephen Constantine, while Stephen was coaching India in past times.

Indian young defender Lalchungnunga signs for East Bengal for the upcoming season. He played in I-League 2021 with Sreenidi Deccan last season. For his good performance last season, East Bengal signs him this year.

Hyderabad FC defeated The Red Miners Jamshedpur FC by 1-0 score at Tata Sports Complex, in Jamshedpur today. Through this, the Nizam's made 5 match unbeaten run in this Hero Indian Super League season keeping Five clean sheets, which is the most by any team this season. A decent run by Manolo Marquez's boys to start the tournament and the thought to keep the title again in Hyderabad for second straight year. Indian Women's team defeated Pakistan by 3-0 scoreline in the opening match of  group stage of SAFF Women's Championship 2022 at Dasarath Stadium, Kathmandu, Nepal. Now India's second tier football tournament Hero I-League is going in full swing with 12 clubs across multiple venues in the country. As per previous reports, this year's I-League Champions will get a direct spot in next year's Indian Super League on fulfilling the  licensing criteria . Let's see which team tops the league table for now and which other teams in top 4 of the table are on the run to snatch that position. Northeast United announces the signing of young Indian midfielder

Northeast United FC announced the signing of ex Gokulam Kerala FC midfielder Emil Benny for the upcoming ISL season. The 21 year old Indian midfielder played a vital role in Gokulam Kerala's I-League winning campaign.  pic - Emil Benny ( Google ) The young midfielder can play the role of attacking midfielder and has very skill in box-to-box situation. He already won I-League two times with Gokulam Kerala FC. And in 2020-21, he awarded as the emerging player of the season for his standout performance. He also included in 2020-21 I-League team of the season. He played total 32 matches for Gokulam Kerala and scored 4 goals for them. The malabarian also played in 2022 AFC Cup group stage matches for his previous club.  Marco Bulbul, the man from Israel will lead the highlanders in the upcoming Indian Super League.

Mohammadan SC through semifinals of Durand Cup after winning Quarter Final

In the first quarter final match of ongoing Durand Cup 2022, Mohammedan SC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 at Saltlake stadium, Kolkata. The Black Panthers are the dominating side in the whole match. The hero of the match is Abiola Dauda - the new foreign striker of Mohammedan SC who introduces himself to Indian football by scoring 2 goals in his debut game.  pic - Durand Cup social media The first goal of the match came in 17th minute when Marcus Joseph put a cross and Sk Faiaz place the ball through the net. Next in 59th minute Dauda scored his first goal, assist by Sk Faiaz. After that Kerala Blasters had a free kick, but couldn't capitalise it to a goal. Bengaluru FC book their spots in final of prestigious ongoing tournament Durand Cup 2022 by defeating another ISL side Hyderabad FC 1-0 in today's semifinal match at Saltlake Stadium, Kolkata.  Pic - Durand Cup social media Ogbeche once got one vs one situation in 8th minute, made a powerful shot but Bengaluru goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu made a good save.
