RoundGlass Punjab FC signs well known foreigners

I-League side RoundGlass Punjab FC are set to give a high class performances to achieve Indian Super League promotion for next season through this year's I-League. Following this, they already signed a branch of foreign players to strengthen their squad. Staikos Vergetis, the Greek coach will be the first manager of RPFC in 2022-23 I-League.

The first signing, a Nepali goalkeeper who previously played for them in the past, has joined the team. Last season he played for Maziya S&RC in the Dhivehi Premier League. He also played for Nepal national team.

Nextly, the experienced Slovenian forward Luka Majcen will lead the lines from the front. In the past season he played for some Indian clubs like Churchill Brothers, Bengaluru United and Gokulam Kerala FC. He will add a good experience in the whole squad. 

Another 34 year old Slovenian defender Aleksandar Ignjatović has joined the squad from Albanian top tier club Laci. He had lot of experiences about playing in Europe. His addition to the squad will give the power and confidence in the backline. 

The last signing is 30 year old Bosnian defensive midfielder Adnan Secerovic. He played for several Bosnian top division clubs. He comes to India with the intention to win I-League.

East Bengal signing update

The 26 year old Indian goalkeeper Kamaljit Singh signs for Emami East Bengal from Odisha FC. East Bengal pays the transfer fees for him. He will be the first choice goalkeeper of East Bengal for the upcoming Indian Super League season.  pic - Kamaljit Singh East Bengal set to sign 27 year old Indian forward Sumeet Passi from Roundglass Punjab FC. Former East Bengal player joins I-League team

Ex player of Kolkata Giants East Bengal and Mohun Bagan, 32 year old Raju Gaikwad joins I-League side Churchill Brothers FC on a two year deal as per reports.  Pic - Raju Gaikwad ( Google ) The player started his football career Indian Arrows in 2010, primarily plays as a centre back but also able to play as a full back, is a well known name in Kolkata football. In 2011, he moved to East Bengal where he won Federation Cup, IFA Shield and Calcutta Football League 4 times in his 4 years stint with the club.  Also played for various Indian Super League side including FC Goa, Mumbai City, Jamshedpur FC, Kerala Blasters FC and for Mohun Bagan 2016-17 on loan, and won the Federation Cup 2015-16 with the Mariners. After missing the 2018 edition of world cup, this time in Qatar, Netherlands started their campaign with two wins against Qatar and Senegal and one draw against Equador. Northeast United are bagging players for upcoming ISL

Indian Super League side Northeast United recently announced many players signing including foreigners and Indian players for the upcoming ISL season. They already made four foreign signing.
