India beats Pakistan in SAFF Women's Championship

Indian Women's team defeated Pakistan by 3-0 scoreline in the opening match of  group stage of SAFF Women's Championship 2022 at Dasarath Stadium, Kathmandu, Nepal. India starts their SAFF Championship campaign with a win.

In 20th minute, Indian player Sandhiya sends a cross and it goes to goal by touching defender Maria Khan- captain of Pakistan Women's team. Again after only 3 minutes, Anju place a final pass to Dangmei Grace - who sends the ball in the net by a simple touch. Pakistan had a chance to score goal from a free kick in 58th minute, the player Maria Khan hits the wall. And in 94th minute, India scored their third goal from a cross, when Soumya Gugultoh past the Pakistan keeper. 

India team had several other chances throughout the game, as they dominated larger part of the whole match. India finished their opening match with 3 point beside their name, while Pakistan Women's team saw defeat as they playing football again after 8 years.

Gokulam Kerala signs Afgan Midfielder for Upcoming season

I-League Champions Gokulam Kerala recently signed an foreign midfielder for the upcoming season. Farshad Noor, the player from Afghanistan will join the Malabarians to bolster the squad in their second consecutive I-League campaign. India, second time in it's history, ready to host FIFA U17 Women's WORLD CUP after their successful completion of FIFA U17 Men's World Cup in 2017. Mohammadan SC through semifinals of Durand Cup after winning Quarter Final

In the first quarter final match of ongoing Durand Cup 2022, Mohammedan SC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 at Saltlake stadium, Kolkata. The Black Panthers are the dominating side in the whole match. The hero of the match is Abiola Dauda - the new foreign striker of Mohammedan SC who introduces himself to Indian football by scoring 2 goals in his debut game.  pic - Durand Cup social media The first goal of the match came in 17th minute when Marcus Joseph put a cross and Sk Faiaz place the ball through the net.
