Ex Indian footballer becomes new AIFF President

After FIFA revoked the on All India Football Federation, elections for new executive committee of AIFF were held yesterday at Football House, Delhi. Kalyan Chaubey, the ex Indian international and current BJP politician becomes the new president of All India Football Federation after beating another well known ex player Bhaichung Bhutia one sided election. Bhaichung Bhutia gets only one vote, despite two state federation proposed him.

NA Haris will become the vice president and Kipa Ajay will be the treasurer of All India Football Federation. President of Delhi Football Federation, Shaji Pravakaran will be the new AIFF Secretary General. FIFA president Gianni Infantino helds talk on phone call with newly appointed AIFF president Kalyan Chaubey.
