East Bengal announces New Players signing

Indian Super League side Emami East Bengal recently announced the name of 4 young Indian players to strengthen their squad ahead of upcoming Calcutta Football League.

The players are 20 year old Adil Amal. He is a defender and previously he played at college level football in Kerala. 

Another 22 year's old forward, Vishnu TM will be the only forward in East Bengal's reserve squad. 

A 22 year goalkeeper, MD Nishad who previously played for Gokulam Kerala and in Kerala Premier League, joins East Bengal to bolster their squad. 

Another 22 year old young defender Athul Unnikrishnan from Kerala joins Emami East Bengal.

Indian Women's U17 team for FIFA U17 Women's WORLD CUP

India, second time in it's history, ready to host FIFA U17 Women's WORLD CUP after their successful completion of FIFA U17 Men's World Cup in 2017. The tournament starts in October 11 at Fatorda Stadium, Goa. Former East Bengal player joins I-League team

Ex player of Kolkata Giants East Bengal and Mohun Bagan, 32 year old Raju Gaikwad joins I-League side Churchill Brothers FC on a two year deal as per reports.  Pic - Raju Gaikwad ( Google ) The player started his football career Indian Arrows in 2010, primarily plays as a centre back but also able to play as a full back, is a well known name in Kolkata football. Hero I-League, the second tier of Indian football structure, will start from 12th November onwards with 12 teams accross the country. Through this, the Nizam's made 5 match unbeaten run in this Hero Indian Super League season keeping Five clean sheets, which is the most by any team this season. Kerala Blasters defeated East Bengal by 3-1 in the inaugural opening match of 2022-23 Hero Indian Super League at The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi today. The Copa America Champions Argentina qualified for knockout stages despite the loss against Saudi Arabia in their opening game. They topped the Group C after defeating Poland and Mexico in their remaining matches.
