Jamshedpur FC signs former Gokulam Kerala goalkeeper and a young midfielder

Indian Super League side Jamshedpur FC signed former Gokulam Kerala goalkeeper Rakshit Dagar for the upcoming ISL season. The contract with Rakshit Dagar will continue till 2025.

The goalkeeper, Rakshit Dagar had won two I-League trophies with Gokulam Kerala FC and also played for East Bengal, Sudeva Delhi FC, Roundglass Punjab FC previously.

Jamshedpur FC also roped in Sk Sahil from ATK Mohun Bagan. The 22 year old midfielder won I-League one time with Mohun Bagan in 2019-20 season and was the part of Mohun Bagan youth team.

Hyderabad FC defeated The Red Miners Jamshedpur FC by 1-0 score at Tata Sports Complex, in Jamshedpur today. Through this, the Nizam's made 5 match unbeaten run in this Hero Indian Super League season keeping Five clean sheets, which is the most by any team this season. A decent run by Manolo Marquez's boys to start the tournament and the thought to keep the title again in Hyderabad for second straight year. Indian Women's team defeated Pakistan by 3-0 scoreline in the opening match of  group stage of SAFF Women's Championship 2022 at Dasarath Stadium, Kathmandu, Nepal. Now India's second tier football tournament Hero I-League is going in full swing with 12 clubs across multiple venues in the country. As per previous reports, this year's I-League Champions will get a direct spot in next year's Indian Super League on fulfilling the  licensing criteria . Mohammadan SC through semifinals of Durand Cup after winning Quarter Final

In the first quarter final match of ongoing Durand Cup 2022, Mohammedan SC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 at Saltlake stadium, Kolkata. The Black Panthers are the dominating side in the whole match. The hero of the match is Abiola Dauda - the new foreign striker of Mohammedan SC who introduces himself to Indian football by scoring 2 goals in his debut game.  pic - Durand Cup social media The first goal of the match came in 17th minute when Marcus Joseph put a cross and Sk Faiaz place the ball through the net. Indian U20 men's national football team head coach Shanmugam Venkatesh named 23 man squad ahead of u20 Asian Cup Qualifiers to be held in Kuwait. Hero I-League, the second tier of Indian football structure, will start from 12th November onwards with 12 teams accross the country. The new 2022-23 season will be the most interesting and a game changer for the future of Indian football development.  Pic The 12 clubs will fight for the I-League glory, as the champions of this season will get a direct spot in Indian Super League 2023-24, on the basis of fulfilling sporting merit and clearing the Premier 1 Licensing criteria. Also, last two teams will get relegated to I-League second division and top two teams from I-League second division will get promoted to I-League 2023-24.
