Indian Shot Stopper Sandesh Jhingan joins Bengaluru FC

The 29 year old Indian defender Sandesh Jhingan joins Bengaluru FC on a free transfer after he terminates his contract with his previous club ATK Mohun Bagan FC.

He is one of the best Indian defender as of now, and continuously played for Indian National Football Team. Ahead of the new season, there was rumours that he might join at a European club. Previously in 2021 he joined a Croatian club HNK Sibenik, but there he didn't get any game time and come back to ATK Mohun Bagan in the mid-season. But ahead of the new season he was not in the list of ATK Mohun Bagan head coach Juan Ferrando. So he leaves ATK Mohun Bagan and joins Bengaluru FC with his fellow teammates Roy Krishna and Prabir Das. He has also high paying offers from East Bengal, but the player choose Bengaluru.

Hero I-League, the second tier of Indian football structure, will start from 12th November onwards with 12 teams accross the country. Mohammadan SC through semifinals of Durand Cup after winning Quarter Final

In the first quarter final match of ongoing Durand Cup 2022, Mohammedan SC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 at Saltlake stadium, Kolkata. The Black Panthers are the dominating side in the whole match. Hyderabad FC defeated The Red Miners Jamshedpur FC by 1-0 score at Tata Sports Complex, in Jamshedpur today. Through this, the Nizam's made 5 match unbeaten run in this Hero Indian Super League season keeping Five clean sheets, which is the most by any team this season. Gokulam Kerala signs Afgan Midfielder for Upcoming season

I-League Champions Gokulam Kerala recently signed an foreign midfielder for the upcoming season. Farshad Noor, the player from Afghanistan will join the Malabarians to bolster the squad in their second consecutive I-League campaign. Indian U20 men's national football team head coach Shanmugam Venkatesh named 23 man squad ahead of u20 Asian Cup Qualifiers to be held in Kuwait. Ex player of Kolkata Giants East Bengal and Mohun Bagan, 32 year old Raju Gaikwad joins I-League side Churchill Brothers FC on a two year deal as per reports.  Pic - Raju Gaikwad ( Google ) The player started his football career Indian Arrows in 2010, primarily plays as a centre back but also able to play as a full back, is a well known name in Kolkata football. The Copa America Champions Argentina qualified for knockout stages despite the loss against Saudi Arabia in their opening game. They topped the Group C after defeating Poland and Mexico in their remaining matches.
