East Bengal completes 5 foreigners singing

Kolkata -: The Kolkata Giants Emami East Bengal all set to announce 5 foreign signing for the upcoming season. Head coach Stephen Constantine chooses the players. The Asian foreign signing quota is not done yet, but it will be also done as soon as possible. Coach Stephen Constantine wants all the foreign players to be arrive Kolkata before the Durand Cup starts. Wheather it is not clear if the players will be able to play in Durand Cup or not. It depends on travel time, visas and match fitness. 

Let's see the 5 foreign signing made by East Bengal - Ivan Gonzalez, Alex Lima, Cleiton Silva, Eliandro and Charalambos Kyriakou.

As per previous reports, the ex-Goan Spanish defender Ivan Gonzalez is a done deal for East Bengal.

Besides that, the 33 year old Brazilian midfielder Alex Lima is set to join East Bengal from Jamshedpur FC. He played 41 matches for Jamshedpur and scored one goal in the last two Indian Super League season.

Apparently, the Brazilian forward Cleiton Silva is also a done deal for East Bengal. In the last two seasons in Indian Super League he played for Bengaluru FC and scored 14 goals in 33 matches for them.

The other signing is also a Brazilian striker Eliandro dos Santos Gonzaga. The 32 year old player is all set to join East Bengal for the upcoming ISL season. Last year, he played for Samut Parkan City FC in the Thai League 1. There he scored 3 goals in 15 matches.

And the last signing is the Cypriot right-back Charalambos Kyriakou. He also played for Cyprus National Team in the past years. The 32 year old player last played for AEL Limassol in the Cypriot First Division.
