France starts World Cup journey against Australia

Defending champions France will lock horns against the Socceroos in Al Janoub Stadium, Qatar at 12:30 am IST on 23rd November. On Group D the others teams are Denmark and Tunisia.

France will start their journey without Balloon D'Or winner Karim Benzema and other few star players like Paul Pogba, Ngolo Kante, Christopher Nkunku. Head Coach Didier Deschamps traget will be a good start after last year's desparate performance in Euro 2020. Although they are favourites among the teams which are playing the tournament, France having one of the most talented attacking squad with the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele, Antoine Griezmann, Kingsley Coman and Olivier Giroud, will consider atleast a Win in their opening game.

On the other side, Australians will try their best as France are the favourites to win this match and a better technical side than the Scooeroos. They get the chance to play the tournament after beating Peru in penalty shootout at the last knockout stage of qualifying. Some of their players regularly plays in Europe's top football leagues and Head Coach Graham Arnold's traget will be to use this experience to trouble the opposition defence as much as possible.

The live streaming of the match will be on Sports 18 tv channel and Jio Cinema for mobile streaming. Supporters who have Vi subscriber (sim) can see the match on Vi App after log in with Vodafone-Idea number (search MTV for free watching).
